Schedule, then call and confirm the event details with the skating rink
Create a sign up for member's desserts (if so desired) - lunch food can be purchased at the snack bar

Communicate to families to bring only a dozen filled eggs per child for the egg hunt, as well as a basket for each child hunting eggs
Decide what other activities, games or crafts (keep in mind how to keep the older kids involved too)

Arrive early to the event to reserve tables (first come first serve), set up & facilitate clean up afterwards

EOY & Graduation Committee Responsibilities:

Get & set up decorations within allotted budget
Provide a cake or cupcakes within our budget (consider creating a sign up for families to bring a dessert for the end of year celebration)
Create a paper program for our graduates, and another digital one for our EOY program (using a QR code)
Create certificate of achievements for students Kindergarten - 11th grade
Decide who will speak at the commencement
